When you call Gold Line, a friendly voice will guide you through your transaction. Changes to your account are made immediately, accurately and confidentially. You can change your PIN at any time by completing another PIN change form at the Credit Union. For security reasons, the PIN can only be changed in writing by you with proper identification following the credit union security procedures. Remember, don't share your PIN with anyone.

HOW TO

Dial 508-222- 4311
Enter your Account Number followed by the # Key
Enter your four-digit PIN number followed by the # Key
Enter a Transaction Code followed by the # Key
Hang Up or enter 99 # to end the session

THINGS TO REMEMBER

The # key must be pressed after each entry.
You may bypass the voice prompt at any time during the session by keying ahead.
Pressing * will pause Gold Line at any point.
Pressing * * will erase the last instruction you entered.
Pressing * # will repeat the last message.
Enter the exact amount for each transaction including dollars and cents.
